We will consult with a Government Specialist in this Field to help assist us in this research. When we have the results, we will supply those results to you and you may make your decision to continue or discontinue in the Application Process.

If you decide to make a formal application to protect your Intellectual Property, we, at your request, will assist in the application process or offer alternatives, such as free information services available from the Canada/Nova Scotia Business Centre to help you complete the application on your own.

There are also other alternatives to help you to protect your Intellectual Properties such as: Trade-Mark Lawyers and Patent Agents.

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees that your application to protect your Intellectual Property will be approved by the Government Intellectual Property Approval Process Offices whether we, you or other sources complete it.
